Here is a Die Spacer that is ready for wax-up in 60 seconds. A cyanoacrylate reinforced premium resin system that has been specifically designed for the needs and demands of both dentist and technician.
The Clear Hardener/Sealer is used first to give the stone an epoxy like, chip and abrasion resistant surface. Paint it right on the margin of the die, it won't add to the dimensions, but preserves the critical margin area and prevents chaffing, excess carving abrasion and chipping to insure a correct fit.
